Claims Submission:

Secondary/COB Claims Submission:

Many payers offer electronic submission of secondary/COB claims. See COB column on Payer List for participating payers or eCOB section on Payer EDI Fact Sheets.  Payers that accept eCOB should NOT require a paper copy of the COB as long as information from COB is being passed electronically to the payer.  Contact your software vendor for capability to submit secondary claims electronically.

Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):
